This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Newberry of Rowington in the County of Warwick Farmer I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estates and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Newberry my Brother William Newberry and my Brother in law John Dawes their heirs executors administrators and assigns Upon trust nevertheless for the use and benefit of my said Wife and her assigns during her life and the maintenance education and bringing up of my children hereinafter named my business to be carried on in the discretion of my Wife and Trustees as long as they shall see fit and from and after my wife’s decease I give devise and bequeath my said estate and effects and all benefit and advantage thereof unto my three children Elizabeth Newberry Margaret Newberry and Joseph Newberry absolutely as tenants in common I appoint my said Wife my Brother William and said Brother in Law Executrix and Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the seventeenth day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven _ Joseph Newberry (Attestation Clause) Eleanor Dawes _ Jas Tibbetts Proved at London 8 August 1857 PCC Prob11/2256 |
